Jake had this to say "I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology, with a sandwich year at Adobe, and MSc in Cyber Security, Cyber Psychology and Human factors engineering from Bournemouth University. My Masters was focused on the application, acceptance and usability of an AI programmed with human emotions. I have a strong passion for everything technology and psychology, and I am excited to be part of a new role where I get to explore this further.

Already having some user experience and human factors experience, to be part of the medical device world excites me. The medical device world is filled with opportunity to improve user capabilities and existing technologies through human factors engineering. This is something I wish to impact greatly within my career."
