EXHIBITORS - Have you booked your accommodation yet?

Medical Technology UK 2023 might seem like a long way off but with exhibition space already 70% sold, our limited room allocation at the Coventry Building Society, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is already getting taken up.
The hotel is directly on-site, which means that once your stand/booth is set-up you don't need to move you car or take any transport to get to and from the event. The organisers urge you to make the most of your investment in the show and consider your options outside of the show hours.
It is perfect if you want to stay after the show closes on day one and enjoy hospitality with the organisers, at the Exhibitor Drinks Reception. All exhibitors are cordially invited! You might want to network with colleagues and peers and entertain clients or simply avoid the need to travel during show days. There are bars and restaurants directly on site and even more within a 5-10 minute walk.
For night owls and those feeling lucky, there is a casino in the arena complex too, that is free of charge.
The organisers even pay for you car parking during the entire event!
So, whatever your reason, now is a great time to think about getting your accommodation booked and if there is a match on, you might even be able to watch from your bedside!
