Gemma Kurring, Senior Director, Knee Research and Development, DePuys Synthes
Gemma joined J&J 24 years ago, within the Orthopaedics sector. She began her career in Regulatory Affairs before joining Research & Development focussing on Hip New Product Development.
Throughout her time in Hip R&D Gemma worked in various roles across several innovation programs with increased complexity.
Cross functional career moves included leading the Project Management Organisation, and subsequently Supply Chain Product Management with a focus on the end-to-end support of new product launches.
Gemma has since returned to Research & Development as Global Lead for Knee Platform.
