Elspeth Bailey
Elspeth Bailey, Senior Policy Adviser, Office for Life Sciences
Elspeth is a Senior Policy Advisor in the Innovation and Growth team at the Office for Life Sciences, where she has responsibility for MedTech and Access.
Previously she has led on the OLS Net Zero work, the UK Batch Testing Review and EU Exit regulatory policy. Elspeth has had a varied career, before entering the civil service she worked in apprenticeships and taught English in China.
Elspeth has held a number of policy roles across the Civil service, including Aerospace policy during the EU Exit negotiations.
