Natasha Fell, Mechanical Design Engineer, Hip New Product Development, DePuy Synthes

Natasha, or Tash to her friends and colleagues, graduated in 2017 from the University of Birmingham with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. She joined DePuy Synthes in 2017 on the R&D Graduate Scheme. After successfully completing the scheme and spending 2 years as a Process Engineer in the Manufacturing Department, she brought her skills back to R&D in Hip New Product Development - where she supports the design work on DePuy's latest revision hip implant.
Tash is known for her infectious positivity and generous spirit - so it's no surprise that she is the Captain of Fun on many work and personal occasions. Whether it's making a cardboard AT-ST Walker for May the Fourth (Star Wars fans, we know you're there) or improvising on bagpipes for Burn's Night dinner, Tash will be leading the charge. She recently co-founded a charity to support people bereaved by suicide and launched it with an incredible event in true Tash style: Running 100miles from Leeds to the Lake District in 5 days. If you want an ice-breaker, ask her about the first casual-toe of the run...(bad pun, she's better at them, I promise).
