Beth Hindle
Beth Hindle, Senior Design Assurance Engineer, Stryker
Beth Hindle is a Senior Design Assurance Engineer working in the joint replacement business for Stryker, based in Stanmore, London. Her work is focused on risk and design assessments for custom patient specific devices.
She graduated from Aston University in 2019 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. After undertaking a biomaterial engineering module in her final year, she focused her career in engineering to medical devices. In addition to her work in medical devices, she also has experience in the pharmaceutical and industrial engineering industries.
Beth has worked for Stryker for 3 years and throughout this time has been closely involved with Stryker's Women's Network (SWN). After a successful term in a committee position, she became the co-lead for SWN Stanmore in 2022. She is excited to share her experience of women's groups in the workplace and how they help the challenges that young women face when entering and progressing within industry.
